Bay View Bed Breakfast Swansea

Luxury Bed and Breakfast on the beautiful Gower Peninsula. Formerly a pair of Edwardian semi-detached houses, Bay View's interior has been altered and renovated to make one large house. Our beds have good quality, comfortable mattresses and duvets with fine cotton linen and vintage Welsh blankets. The bathrooms have shower and bath so you can have a good, long soak. You'll have lashings of hot water and pure white towels from a heated rail. All rooms have 27 or 23 flatscreen TV, free Wifi, hairdryer, generous hospitality tray and mini fridge with fresh milk, soft drinks and mineral water. A choice of breakfasts including local and organic ingredients. Why not try our famous Cockle Picker's breakfast with local cockles, laverbread (seaweed delicacy), Gower dry cure bacon ,Gower sausages and Gower free range farm eggs. all served at separate tables in our dining room with views across the north Gower estuary.

Directions

By road from M4 travelling west:Leave M4 at Jctn 47, take 2nd exit off roundabout for Swansea. Continue for about 1.5 miles to roundabout taking 2nd exit signposted Llanelli. Next roundabout take 2nd exit (not farm shop) again signposted Llanelli. Next roundabout take 1st exit signposted Gower and Gowerton. At traffic lights turn right signposted Llanrhidian (B4295). Continue on to Penclawdd (views across estuary to your right). Straight through 2 mini roundabouts, pass CK's Foodstore (yellow) on right and through 3 bends. Continue past Royal Oak pub on left, 200 metres on Bay View is last before Tabernacle Chapel (tall spire - can't miss it). Best to enter driveway via last gateway before Chapel, take a wide turn in starting with offside next to white road centre lines
